According to parents, children at Stall Brook Elementary school were told to sing “We love the USA” instead of “God Bless the USA” during the chorus of the popular Lee Greenwood song. + See what people are saying on Facebook The song was scheduled to be performed at an April 12th assembly, but now has been pulled. In a statement from Stall Brook Elementary school, they said they hope to “maintain the focus on the original objective of sharing students’ knowledge of the U.S. States, and because of logistics, will not include any songs.”

And things like that are not uncommon; I probably should’ve been clearer, but I wasn’t referring to there being a lawsuit in this instance.

Parents pushing their agenda through their kids, threatening a school they will sue, so the school (right or wrong) changes the lyrics (should have probably just not played the song).
