And the Pussification of America Continues: Holyoke Deputy Fire Chief Forced To Retire For Letting Chicks Do Photo Shoot In Front of Trucks
(NECN: Brian Burnell) - These are pictures of a photo shoot last month in front of Holyoke, Mass. fire headquarters – a photo shoot that resulted in the early retirement of Deputy Chief Timothy Moran. Amanda Jastrzebski is the photographer. She did not want us to show her face, but she says Deputy Chief Moran came across her and the fitness models she was photographing and asked if they wanted to use Fire Headquarters as a backdrop. “They gave us some equipment that they weren’t using,” said Jastrzebski. “It was in storage we were on the fire trucks. We weren’t in them.” After about 25 minutes, she says the deputy chief’s boss showed and told them to stop the shoot. The next day she got a call from the Holyoke Solicitor’s office and was told to come in.”And sign a paper saying that I would destroy my photos and that I wouldn’t release them to anyone ever and that she wanted a copy of them,” said Jastrzebski.
Who does the Holyoke Solicitor’s office think they are? They called the photographer into their office and tried to make her sign papers saying she would destroy the photos, wouldn’t release them to anyone and wanted copies of them? And what if she didn’t agree? Did they threaten to kill her? I mean what they did is about a billion times more offensive than taking pictures of chicks in booty shorts on fire trucks. So if anybody should be getting in trouble or fired here it should be the nazi’s in the Solicitors office for acting like the god damn 3rd Reich. Not for deputy chief letting them use the backdrop for the photo shoot. I mean shit. Firetrucks and hot chicks is as American as Apple Pie.
PS – I’m not 100% sure I understand the logic of the chick who didn’t want her face to be shown but was fine with her name being used in the story. Her legs did look hot though.

HFD was looking for an excuse to fire this guy due to a previous incident, if I’m remembering it correctly. Kinda surprised he didn’t have to retire after that.
I heard they were gonna use the model’s photos on calendars which they’d sell to raise money for the department. Really not sure why that’s a problem.

The Moran family is fucked up. Tim’s brother William called in a fake fire at the mall while he was deputy chief to bust the guys who he was working withs balls because they were taking a long time at lunch. On the way to respond to the fake fire at the mall one of the trucks hit somebody and it killed them. He was asked to retire too.

Hello all! the reason i didn’t show my face is because the interview wasn’t about ME the only reason i gave the interviews was because i didn’t like the way the media was making him out to be a bad guy when he was just trying to help out local businesses so i figured i would say something since the only people talking were the ones bad mouthing him. the last thing i wanted was for people to think that i was trying to get publicity for myself by jumping on tv so i figured if people couldn’t see me they would listen more closely to what i was saying (i also happen to live in the area and didn’t want to get harassed in the street) when i contacted the news people they said it was a visual media and the only way i could tell everyone what REALLY happened was on camera so i compromised, but if i could have had it my way i would have just spoken to someone from a newspaper. i just wanted him to get a little bit of slack and have people see that he didn’t mean to cause any trouble. as for those pictures that came out in the news that had me in them; those had to have been taken by the fire fighters and no one ever asked me to use those i didn’t know they even existed i about fell off my chair when i saw them. i was trying to do the right thing and i like to think on that day so was Mr.Moran but in both cases i guess its true that no good deed goes unpunished.
