ESPN – The NFL is getting more serious about conduct in the stands. This year, its teams are requiring any fan who gets ejected from a stadium to take a four-hour online course before they are permitted to come back into the facility again. The course, designed by psychotherapist Dr. Ari Novick in tandem with the MetLife Stadium security director Daniel DeLorenzi, focuses on alcohol abuse, anger management and crude behavior. “ For decades, some fans have believed that when they put on the jersey of their favorite player on their favorite team and they enter a stadium, they can behave any way they want,” Novick said. “This program was designed to say to people, ‘We want you to have fun when you come to a game, but you have to understand that your actions can affect people and there are rules to abide by.’ ” Novick said when fans get ejected from a game this year, they will be sent a letter that encourages them to apologize to the team and complete the course. If they fail to meet the requirement, and they are caught on stadium property, they are told they could be arrested for trespassing.

Somebody needs to whisper in Dr. Ari Novick’s ear to shut the fuck up. Hey newsflash bro. Nobody gives a fuck about you or your stupid plan and that includes Roger Goodell. This is just the NFL doing what the NFL does. Figure out ways to cover their asses and get good PR. Too many people getting stabbed after games and shit. Too many serious fights. So the NFL has to pretend like they care about tailgating and drinking even though they love it. But nobody is going to take your dumb ass course. Get over yourself and your fake life psychotherapy mumbo jumbo already. Just sit there, smile and shut up. There is no way to enforce this even if the NFL wanted to. Like if I buy a ticket and get kicked out how the hell do you stop me from coming back? You can’t. I know it. The NFL knows it. Everybody seems to know it except you. But keep sending people letters bro encouraging them to spend 4 hours on a Saturday taking “Be Nice 101”. Nerd.
