The severity of how they burn their city down is solely based on how far they get. For example: 1st round knock out : flip half a dozen cars and burn 2-3 cars and rob maybe 2 stores while rioting in the streets until 5 am. Lose in the second round? Double all those numbers. As an American who went to Vancouver/Whistler every year for about seven years of my childhood, I can defend the city and area. It is one of the cleanest, nicest and most fun places that you can visit in the world. Half of the people on here who are trash talking the city, probably haven’t even been close to Vancouver or BC.
As far as the Canucks being the most pathetic team in sports, let’s consider the following.. Prior to the 2010-2011 season, the B’s last cup was 39 YEARS AGO! Yes, they are a storied organization, I can’t argue that. But, the Canucks 40 year existence was literally one win away from having just as many cups as the Bruins in the past 39 years. You guys can talk history all you want, but that’s a cold hard fact. (I know that you guys one another one right before that too.)
Last years series was an awesome series, 7 games, down to the wire, fights, overtime wins, comebacks.. as a hockey fan you couldn’t ask for any more. Rather than trash the Canucks, why don’t you back your boys as their averaging .5 goals a game against a no name goalie who hasn’t played a playoff game in his life. If Quick was in net, that .5 would be a 0.
