THIBODAUX, La. – Some might say anything to get out of a ticket, but police in Thibodaux said a man soiled himself to avoid arrest. Police said they pulled over Wayne Benoit, 53, about 2 p.m. Tuesday after officers noticed Benoit’s truck swerving in the road, nearly striking a bicyclist. Once Benoit realized that he was going to be placed under arrest, officers said he began straining and purposely soiled himself. Officers said Benoit thought he would be released after the episode. The act didn’t deter officers from arresting him, however.

What’s that old expression?  You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.    Well that certainly applies here right?  I mean you’re already going down.  You might as well go down fighting.  Piss yourself, shit yourself, just leave it all out on the field.   That’s all you can ask for in an athlete or in this case a guy busted for a DUI.
