DERBY LINE, Vt. (AP) – Thirty Boston-area college students returning from a ski trip in Quebec are facing charges after federal agents found alcohol and drugs in their bags as they tried to enter the United States from Canada at the Derby Line border crossing, Vermont State Police troopers said. Twenty-six students were issued citations for minors in possession of alcohol. Three were charged with marijuana possession and a 22-year-old Boston University student was charged with possessing a single tablet of Ecstasy. Four of those cited were Boston University students, who could be subject to internal university discipline, said Boston University spokesman Colin Riley.
