Sure the penalty was a dogshit call, but the Bruins were pretty much killing that penalty with ease. That shot had no business finding the back of the net. And the first goal of the 3rd was one of worst rebounds you’ll ever see. It was almost like Thomas was thinking about Obama or something. The good news though is the Bruins dominated the 3rd period. So as long at Thomas doesn’t spit the bit again I see no way we don’t win these next two games. Let all those pink hats jump shit right now. Penalty was a good call, Pouliot took two pretty good shots at his knee. The last goal was clearly a bad goal, but Thomas made some awesome saves too, tough to fault him. Capitals just look like they have more energy, Bruins finally look like a team who has played a shitload of games over the past two seasons.

That goal appears to have had nothing to do with the penalty. But if there’s no penalty, that goal doesn’t happen. The goal was soft as shit, but to call a penalty at that time was horseshit. That being said, these guys need to finish their chances more and this wouldn’t even be a problem.
