   I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was trying to stop his momentum to get into a rundown in case the throw ended up in front of him, there was someone on 3rd. When he saw the throw was high he realized he could flop to the base like an elephant seal. Or maybe he’s just really that un athletic.
