and garnett was traded however he said in an interview (showed on espn this morning) saying the reason he came to boston was because of allen and pierce therefore it was all orchestrated to get them together. its not like he was randomly traded there just to get specific players in return….it was no different than free agency

Clearly no one who is saying Lebron dominated this series knows how to to look at a box score. Domination is playing well, not taking more shots than anyone else, because it’s not hard to score 30 points when it takes you 30 shots to get there and you shoot below 50%. Lebron gets points because he is 40% a basketball player and 60% and actor who has clearly been watching a lot of soccer to be able to master how to act like someone fouled you when you barely get touched driving to the rim. The percent of fouls he gets on the times he goes to the rim is through the roof and I just can’t believe that he actually gets fouled every time but he makes it seem like he does. He was 9-21 yesterday (under 50%), that is not domination and he hit almost no outside shots. Without getting all of those fouls called, which some he earned and some he didn’t, he’d be lucky to score 24 points. In game 2 lebron shot 7-20. 7 for 20. That is terrible but when the refs say you deserve 24 free throw attempts when you really probably deserve 12 but he gets every call from his acting. Again in game 4 he shot under 50% which is shitty but when you shoot the ball 25 times, you’re going to score points. Same with game 5 shot well below 50% but shot 25 times to make his stats look good. So there, half the games in the series he shot below 50% which is not good by nba standards, but when you are a ball hog and don’t get your first assist until the last few minutes in the fourth quarter, people are going to think you play well because they don’t look at the real stats and how many points he gets per shot attempt is mediocre at best.
Either way Ray is a class act and my favorite celtic on the team and I really hope he does whatever it takes to stay in boston even if it means being a great 6th man and coming off the bench to help bradley because he can still make the clutch 3ball. Ray doesn’t need to make 10mill a year at his age and it would be great to see him take a pay cut to get some younger players and stay where he belongs.
I am a Mavs fan as I live in Dallas…. But you idiots can not say Boston didnt play great. Pierce, Garnet, Allen and especially Hondo were AWESOME….they simply got beat in game seven on the road….But it is ridiculous to ridicule the celtics for their performance….and as far as cities go, Boston is a top 3 market in EVERY sport…that is not arguable….and i am not from there…i am simply stating facts….
