   Hank Johnson is a Democrat. Despite the fact that African Americans get a huge boost in the law school admission process, he still attended one of the worst law schools in the country. He was elected to represent Georgia’s 4th District, where nearly 60% of the voters are black. You are seriously going to argue that this guy was the product of Republican voting habits?.
