Why Isn’t ET Ever On TV?
This may be my most random random thought ever, but it also may be my most brilliant. I’ve been bringing this up 100% of the time lately in party situations. Just will butt into any conversation about anything and be like “Hey why isn’t ET ever on fucking TV?” It’s a showstopper. Everybody stops what they are doing and starts trying to think of the last time they saw it and nobody can’t think of it. That’s because it’s NEVER on. It’s wild. Like name another big time movie that is literally never on TV. You can’t do it. It makes NO sense. It’s literally the greatest unsolved mystery of our generation. So next time you’re in a social situation just blurt out “Why Isn’t ET Ever on TV!?” People may look at you weird, but you’ll be the talk of the town before it’s over.

@ stro, not sure if that was sarcasm or not, because I’ve seen goonies on a lot lately too, but they edit it too much; like mouth’s scene w/ rosalita is chopped way down. bummer but my kids love it and get to see essentially why it’s such a classic.
