I think that was pretty much confirmed, there were stories on TMZ about him blackmailing her with a sex tape.
That broad Vincenzo brought home, where the uncle showed up, was dope.

I know that there's no such thing as "reality" tv, but that scene where her family shows up was transparently scripted. What girl of that age goes to the bar with her uncles?
