I think what Lugz is trying to say is that in general Whole Foods (or Wegman's) is obviously better than Market Basket in terms of quality, but dropping $500 a week at the grocery store sucks so for him Market Basket (or the like) >> Whole Foods.

MCA you should shop Shaws meat section. They reduce their day of experation meat to 30 cents on the dollar. Once got a 2 lb pork tenderloin for a 1.90 HA HA HA. The pre marinated burgundy steak tips are not all that good but got those for 2.30 before.
