Awesome video. And even though I know nothing about soccer I know for a fact this isn’t a penalty or a red card. The ref just felt bad for the girl and people were yelling “Class Act” so he blew his whistle and made something up. Bottomline is if you don’t want to get the ball repeatably hucked off your face maybe you should back up or pay attention. If I was the Amherst girl I would have just kept smashing it off her grillmix till she learned her lesson. Either way this is the best thing I’ve seen in a soccer game in ages.

PS – How about the lady who yells “Way to Waste Time!” What does that even mean?
