In a court in Brooklyn, this guy is getting paid. Detaining him, probably no problem. Biting him – yeah this guy is getting paid. It costs this guy nothing to get a lawyer willing to take a third, while the store owner/employees are going to have to pay for counsel. And I’ll tell you another thing – corporate 7/11 is going to be pissed off that this is how this was handled.
