Another Horrific Way To Lose A Football Game
Was this like a planned play or something? Because that had to be the worst field goal protection I’ve ever seen in my life. I mean there was like a riot to see which dude was going to get the honors of blocking that FG. It’s almost like they wanted it to happen. Either way I kind of feel bad for the team that lost here. I guess a rule is a rule but this is a dumb one. If you block a field goal the ball should be dead unless you try and pick it up and run with it in which case it becomes a live ball. I could care less whether it crosses the line of scrimmage or not. Yeah I know you got to play to the whistle, blah, blah, blah, but it still just doesn’t seem right. And more importantly I’m not buying any of this garbage about what an alert play it was by John Glenn High School. They were just sitting there pouting like little babies and happened to notice that the refs were still on the field practically demanding that they pick the ball up and run with it This had nothing to do with them being aware of the situation. It was nothing but pure luck so let’s lay off the congratulatory blowjobs.
You play to win the game.
losing like that is almost as bad as Barstool with just Jerry and UB.
Speaking of congratulatory blowjobs, is the honeymoon still going or are you back in the Dot?
That’s some pretty good replay/angles for a high school game. Some of those were better thanthe NFL on Sunday.
Look at EP in the stands in his Michigan Starter jacket.
yea the kids really didnt do anything. The one coach out on the field screaming and the kids are still standing around.
it got brought up in the youtube comments but isnt the holder down when he grabs the ball and hes on a knee? The holder has to do it originally but isnt he like any other player once its blocked?
the real loser in this is anyone who teased Plymouth from -6 down to a pick.
Actually the holder should have been ruled down because after the block, he had possession of the ball and his right knee was down on the ground. What, no instant replay in H.S.?
yeah in hs rules you don’t even need to be touched, if your knee is down you’re down. they’re are always kids who get on one knee to catch a short kick off, and they forget they’re down
