Introducing Rachel from UHartford.    Rachel may look familiar to some because she was a smokeshow back in 2008.   But she just got nominated again and I thought it would be a crime against humanity not to give her a curtain call.    She’s that hot.   I mean I think this is only the 2nd girl in 5 years who has received that distinction.      But when you’re a perfect 10 sometimes you have to bend the rules.
