Breaking News – Elevatorgate Eye Witnesses Come Forward Saying Scott Zolak Is A Liar
Ok you’re all probably getting sick of this Scott Zolak non story which has dominated the Stool today, but I just got to add this last part. It came to my attention that a few of the guys in the elevator strongly disagreed with Zolak’s accounts of what happened. And when I say strongly disagreed that’s a euphemism for they say he’s full of shit. I just got off the phone with Robert Healy who was actually there for this incident and was willing to go on the record. He also has 3 buddies to back up his version of the events. Keep in mind his name was passed along to me from a 3rd party source and he had no idea what Barstool Sports was or the dispute going on. So in other words he was totally unbiased. But he did read the Inside Track story and was bullshit about it. Here is what he said to me just a couple of minutes ago. Keep in mind these are direct quotes;
“After reading that story in the Inside Track I wanted to slap Scott Zolak in his face”
” Everybody noticed her the second she walked in. We were too stunned to say anything. But everybody knew it was her. That’s all we talked about. You could tell she was pregnant but still gorgeous. She turned around and faced the back of the elevator so it was obvious she didn’t want to be talked to. It’s not like we picked Zolak over her in the least.
Zolak made it sound like we were loaded but we were totally sober. That’s probably why we didn’t say anything to her. If it were after the game and we had been boozing we probably would have said something but we didn’t want to bother her.
Zolak never said “You guys blew it” when he got out of the elevator. I have absolutly no idea where that came from. When we read the article the next day we were like “Is he serious? Why’d he say that?
I have 3 buddies who are all witnesses. In fact one of them called Zolak on Monday on 98.5 when he first started talking about this on the show and he said we were very respectful of her. Then we read the story on Tuesday in the Track and was like what the hell? He totally twisted everything around and made it sound like we didn’t notice her or know who she was. That couldn’t be further from the truth.
BAHAAHH! Did the Pres do it again or did the Pres do it again? Listen as I stated in my original blog post there is nobody on god’s green earth who can convince me that Gisele walks into an elevator with Scott Zolak or any dude for that matter and a bunch of guys ignore her because they are so enamored with Zolak. Like this guy said I sure they were just shellshocked. It had zero to do with Zolak. I mean even if it did happen and I saw it with my own two eyes I still wouldn’t believe it. That’s how outrageous it seems. Now granted I never thought I’d have to hunt down the actual people in the elevator to prove my point, but that’s what you get when you push the Pres into a corner. Hey Tanguay and Zolak you want homework? How’s that for fucking homework? Now do me a favor and cue the music

By the way the very notion that you aren’t a journalist is completely contradicted by the fact that they put you on the air in the first place. Tanguay and Zolak might very easily be the worst sports show I’ve ever heard in my life.
Today’s festivities prompted me to listen to the Sports Hub for the first time today, and the only good thing I heard was Felger making fun Zo for being such a monkey.

At this point, the burden of truth lies with Zolak. If Prez could find someone from that elevator to go on the record, Zolak should be able to do the same.
