Over the past couple years, I’ve learned to love Jack Edwards, sort of as a joke.
What a game! Coincidentally the first B’s game I went to was against the Nordiques. As for Edwards, I like him as announcer, he may be a fool, but at least he’s a passionate one. No Fred Cusick though, that man had a voice that just belonged in sports commentary.
It only took 20 year’s but at least those guys in black are finally overachieving.

Don’t ever put Recchi and Wakefield in the same sentence. Recchi took a hit got 4 cracked ribs and had to have his apendix taken out and still played in a playoff game the next day.
Wakefield is crying because he is being put into the bulpen, and is usually on the DL by the end of the season because of back problems.

I think Jack Edwards is like that weird kid in school that you laughed AT, not with, but the kid didn’t know the difference so he just keeps doing whatever it is thinking people enjoy it. Love his passion though.
