Yahoo – NBC Washington’s Sarah Kogod reported over the weekend that LeBron James told a heckling fan that he wanted to kick his tail all over the beltway, and if anyone has a problem with LeBron saying as much to that fan they can just take their heckles somewhere else. In the fourth quarter of Miami’s win over Washington, James was reportedly accosted by Bob Moore, who made mention of that years-old urban legend regarding former James teammate Delonte West, and James’ mother Gloria. Something tells me that Moore did quite a bit more than “made mention,” actually. Here’s the story, from Kogod’s Twitter timeline:

LeBron was waiting alone in the backcourt when fan Bob Moore made a comment to LeBron about Delonte West and LeBron’s mom… …Accrding to Moore, LeBron said “The only reason you talk [expletive] is because you know I can’t come off the court right now and beat your ass”… …Also according to Moore, LeBron continued “But if I had a free pass, I’d kick your ass right now.”… …Moore replied “I’m right here baby. Let’s go” before security stepped in.

So this story is starting to get a lot of heat. Lebron challenging a fan to a fight. You got people on both sides. Some defending Baby Bron Bron saying he has every right to scream back at the fan. Others citing the Ron Artest brawl saying athletes should never under any circumstances engage with a heckler.

Personally I could care less if an athlete wants to talk junk to a fan. Zero problem with it. The bigger issue is how pathetic Lebron’s response was. Challenging the guy to a fight? What a joke. It just shows how weak minded Bron Bron is. Like if you can get under Lebron’s skin by just saying his mom banged Delonte West, which everybody knows is true anyway, it’s no wonder he disappears in the 4th quarter of big games. It’s no wonder he can’t win a championship. He’s mentally weak. He can’t block out criticism. He’s a chump plain and simple. Like you think Larry Bird or MJ would ever challenge a fan to a fist fight? Fuck no. Larry would probably win the argument with a glare or say something so degrading that the fan would submit instantaneously. But not Lebron. The fact that he has had everything handed to him on a silver platter his whole life and never had to listen to anybody criticize him has left him completely unprepared for adversity. He doesn’t know how to respond when he’s challenged. Instead of fighting back or rising about it he just curls up into a ball and dies. Or he does what a 2 year old would do. He challenges people to a fight. That’s the losers way out. Lebron is a loser.
