Also, I thought that prenups only covered what the person had before getting married. Anything Tiger has made since being married would be split 50/50. I’m no lawyer, but thought that was the case.

Obviously jackofspades doesn’t understand a prenup. A prenup tells people how much they get over how many years they are married to said rich person. Even if there was a prenup, Elin is making more than all of us combined. Her child support will be 5x our annual salary.

Everyone involved grabbed an attorney before anything else. It’s the country we live in and has been for a long time. Did Ted Kennedy call the police or his lawyer first when he drowned the girl at Chappaquiddick? Lawyer first-called the cops the next day. Always get a lawyer because when you don’t and the other person does, the next thing you know they have your money and/or you are in the big house.
