Maybe I could have lived with this if this was just a random thing. Like this guy just got pulled over 10 minutes ago for not wearing a seat belt and then happened to stumble across this Les Miles looking police officer. But nope this is like his thing. This is what he does. He prowls the streets looking for police officers not wearing seat belts. He equipped his car with cameras and shit to catch them in the act. I got to be honest nobody in the history of earth has ever deserved to get beaten with a nightstick more than this guy. That’s what should have happened here. The cop should have pulled over and just whooped up on him and then gotten back in his car and clicked his seatbelt and driven away.
