Cute win for the Sixers. I’m not nervous at all. My biggest complaint was the Celts last two possessions before we got Donagy’d with that offensive foul. 1 pass in 2 possessions resulting in a Rondo missed jumper and a tough Ray Allen missed jumper. Everybody just sitting around. Oh well. Like Charles Barkley said the lesson here is you can’t screw around because a team can make lucky shots at the end, get a lucky/rigged call and win a miracle game. Lesson learned. Better now than against the Heat.

I’m rooting for the Celtics because they can beat the Heat, but KG moving on screens is as automatic as Bass traveling every single time in the low block. It was just unfortunate it got called at that time.

Whats fucking bullshit is when they don’t call it every other time and wait until the last play of the game. How is that fair? Something you’ve been doing the whole game suddenly became illegal?
That obvious offensive foul call on Garnett was bullshit!! Jerry needs to get on this since clearly calling a foul on something that was clearly a foul means there is a conspiracy against the Celtics due to the world’s jealousy of Bill Belichick.
The KG foul was technically a moving screen, but it wasn’t called all night so calling it with 10 seconds left was criminal. On top of that there were far worse things that weren’t called. Inconsistent reffing on both ends of the floor all night…continues to plague the NBA. Still inexcusable that the C’s put up 24 combined in the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Both teams were trying their hardest to lose and the C’s won that battle. Absolutely inexcusable loss
Paul Pierce had a 5 foot halo to shoot that 3 cuz of the illegal screen. That’s why it was called there
The last 2 games have been nearly unwatchable. Either because the Celtics give minimal effort and/or Philly is a boring team
I’m gonna go Mo’s route and complain about fouls. Boston had 22 fouls called against them compared to Philly’s 13. and Philly shot 12 more free throws…TWELVE! 12! I’m on to you Stern

Well put gourmetgoulet. Both teams played like absolute shit, and the celtics just choked at the end. Didn’t deserve to win the game by any means, and complaining about that KG foul is really irrelevant because pierce missed the 3 and the loss honestly was probably the best thing that happened to the celtics because they realize they actually have to try. Pierce looked like a fucking bum out there. Nevertheless, the Cs should still coast and win this in 5 or worst case 6

Jafar finally called for an illegal screen, shocker! This one wasn’t even close. He lowered his shoulder and moved into the defender. He’s the biggest offender in the game and Pierce has won many games at the buzzer because of Jafar’s illegal screens. It needs to be called more often.
The Celtics didn’t even try till the last 8 minutes and STILL almost won. This series is pathetic. Bring on bron bron.
