TSG – Peering through peep holes in bathroom ceilings, an Iowa landlord ogled female tenants as they showered, explaining to cops that he “was not interested in them as persons but because they were women and naked.” Elwyn Gene Miller, 63, has been named in a pair of invasion of privacy complaints filed in District Court. Miller, pictured in the adjacent mug shot, is facing a total of four misdemeanor counts. Investigators allege that Miller repeatedly spied on at least four female residents of his Iowa City building. Miller told cops that he would “go to the holes over the bathrooms if he heard a shower running.” According to one complaint, Miller’s peeping occurred during a three-month period ending October 31. When confronted by cops, Miller confessed to his voyeuristic proclivities. “The def admitted he was not interested in them as persons but because they were women and naked,” police reported.
