OXFORD — Oxford police said a man they arrested on suspicion of drunken driving over the weekend was wearing a rather appropriate costume. A police report said that James Miller, 18, was stopped after officers saw him driving the wrong way on a one-way street just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday. When officers approached, they found Miller was dressed like a Breathalyzer. Police said Miller had a blood-alcohol level of .158 and had multiple Ohio IDs in his wallet. Miller was charged with DUI and underage drinking and released to his girlfriend.

I honestly don’t know how you get arrested for failing a breathalyzer when you’re dressed as a breathalyzer. Like can’t you just say that being drunk is like part of your costume? I’d just keep saying that over and over and over again until the cops got bored and drove away regardless if it made any sense.

“It’s okay officer, I’m a breathalyzer. No seriously I’m a breathalyzer. Obviouly I’m going to fail the breathalyzer because I’m a breathalyzer. It’s part of the costume. I’m a breathalyzer. Get it? I’m a breathalyzer. I have to pretend to be drunk. I’ll take my own test on my own breathalyzer because I’m a breathalyzer. Seriously though you can’t arrest me for failing a breathalyzer when I’m a breathalyzer.”
