TAMPA — Joshua Basso said his cell phone ran out of minutes Wednesday, so he called the one number that he knew is always free — 911 — with an unusual request. He wanted someone to have sex with him. When 911 operators hung up on him, he called back four times, police said. Fifteen minutes after his last call, police arrested Basso at his home, at 4202 N Nebraska Ave., on charges of making a false 911 call. He was taken to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he remains without bail.

I got to admit I’m a little confused with this one.  Like how did they know this wasn’t a real emergency?  I mean sometimes you dick talks and you have no choice but to listen.   Seriously what if this guy went out and raped somebody or something? Then it would have been a fucking emergency. See this is just another example of why this country needs 912. Somebody’s cell phone runs out of minutes and they call 911 saying they need to have sex you don’t hang up on them and call the cops.  You send a hooker.  Any trained 912 professional could have told you that.
