DM – Olympic legend Michael Johnson says a ‘superior athletic gene’ in the descendants of West African slaves means black American and Caribbean sprinters will command the sport at the London Games. The Olympic gold medallist and BBC commentator said: ‘Over the last few years, athletes of Afro- Caribbean and Afro-American descent have dominated athletics finals. ‘It’s a fact that hasn’t been discussed openly before. It’s a taboo subject in the States but it is what it is. Why shouldn’t we discuss it?’ Johnson says: ‘It is currently being researched to see how much of a factor being descended from slaves contributes to athletic ability.’

Is this racism? I think it is. Michael Johnson is racist as fuck. Looks like I finally know what it was like to be a black guy in Alabama in the 60′s now. Seriously I’m surprised Michael Johnson didn’t bust out the firehouse and let loose the hounds on all white folks. Lord knows we wouldn’t be fast enough to outrun them. Seriously where does he get off saying black people are better athletes? Why because black people tend to be faster, stronger and have better hand eye coordination? Fuck that. You can’t say something just because all the facts point to it being true. If I were to say something like white people are better at not selling drugs I’d get burned at the stake and called a bigot. Whatever bro. Say people whose ancestors were slaves are better athletes if you want, I guess. Just don’t get mad when white people say Deron Williams’ spankin’ new 100 million dollar contract is considered reparations. Looks like white folks deserve a “thank you” for all those years of incredibly inhumane treatment and tyranny that helped you grow that extra muscle in your leg.
