Forget The Loss…Was This Armpit Fat Or Kyle Love’s Equpiment?
Guess what? I think tonight is the best thing that could have happened to the Patriots. Yeah I know they may not get the bye week now, but that’s overrated anyway. Just look at who has won the last couple superbowls. It doesn’t matter. We needed a game like this. Get a loss out of our system before heading into the playoffs. I honestly believe that. A game in which we can see how a physical defense like the 49ers will play against us. I don’t think tonight hurt our chances. I think it helped. I’m being dead serious. The only red flag for me tonight was that fat jiggling from Kyle Love’s armpit. What the fuck was that? I tried to trick my brain into believing it was a shoulder pad strap, but I think it was really fucking fat? Is that possible?

at least we know Brady can single handedly dismantle the best defense in the league. Now we need our D to not suck some balls
Thats what most people who watch football call a defensive tackle.
We completed the comeback, just not the victory. I’m with pres, this can motivate the entire three units to greater glory down the road, on the road.
Big loss. Denver has the two seed now cuz they play kc and Cleveland at home to end the season. Now we gotta win 2 road games in the playoffs to get to the super bowl
One thing San Fran will never beat is AIDS
Last time I checked Brady completed 55% of his passes and had 2 picks, garbage yards in the 4th quarter
None of you know a fucking thing about football if you think our defense is the reason we lost.
Has to be equipment, good God
tom brady, the lebron james of football
I am not mad that they lost. congrats to the 49ers, one of, if not the best D in the league. the best thing we can take away from this is know that the pats can score points when trailing. they havent been able to do that in like 5 years. showed some heart tonight. reminds me of the early 2000s
hey KFL. your a douche bag. i dont care what you say on this site. i will always dislike it
Completely agree with pres a loss was on it way at some point in he future. I’m just happy it was tonight. Now we get to pound some pussy out in Jacksonville and then show the dolphins a thing or two about what it really means to be disrespected. 12-4 en route to Nawleans
Wasn’t Brady’s fault at all, NE would’ve won without Ridley didn’t fumble 7000x
@Kentucky, not true, Pats win first round they go to Denver and Houston plays whoever (Balt?) if Pats beat Denver and Houston loses the Pats host the AFCCG. Probable? No, Possible? Yes.
i have a feeling the only people trashing brady and the pats are the same people that say, the giants will just turn it on when it counts
Maxypad are you on crack? Special teams lost the game. Not the defense!
Good Point Jew Boy…Now if Ridley isn’t cut by morning I’ll be shocked.
if a thousand yard back wasnt cut by morning? madbull you are a dumbass
Prob Justin Biebs testicles
First thing I said to my roommate when I saw that shit, “Check out Love’s titty fat.”
No im not on crack. 3 of those 4 touchdown passes were complete breakdowns by the defense. that TD to delanie walker over the middle, that was fucking ridiculous. he ran straight up the middle with no one on our D even looking at him until the ball was halfway to him in the air and both of our safeties were too late because they both went outside. then arrington was just retarded on that crabtree play and closed way too quickly. he’s gotta know he’s the only man back so he has to make the play. once crabtree catches that ball arrington should’ve forced him to the sideline. and then I don’t even understand how Dennard ended up ten yards behind randy moss for that first touchdown. talib played well but the other corners sucked, mccourty was alright except that every time he returned a kick he tip toed to the 12 yard line and fell instantly instead of actually returning a kick and the front seven missed tackles on every drive except for a couple while we forged the comeback. yes the defense blew that game. 41 points is absolutely the defenses fault for that loss. especially against a 2nd year quaterback
Pretty sure 4 turnovers really fucked the pats. Defense was not that bad. Played good situational football. Offense and special teams were the real problems tonight. You can’t blame the defense for the bad positions they were put in.
I don’t wanna say you’ve never played a sport before, but….you’ve never played a sport clearly.
how was it the offense’s fault? 34 points against a team that gives up 14 per game should be enough to win. plus neither of brady’s interceptions were his fault. the two fumbles were the running backs faults and thats why they didnt touch the field after they each fumbled
Ridley’s fumble and the kick return were the two biggest plays. Pats were driving like a motherfucker and he coughed it up/we couldn’t hold our water on the runback. Arrington was in for Dennard who hurt his knee.. something to monitor.
i’m not sweating this too bad, given the comeback. sucks to come up short and have to ride that rollercoaster, but we did hang 34 on the best D in the league. i’m concerned about the dennard injury though. that took arrington out of the slot and playing on the outside, and crabtree torched him. special teams blew it as well, letting lamichael james get that long return after the tying TD. that shit was deflating. solder was also pretty bad. not a good game, but definitely had a few positives to take away from it. take away the sloppy turnovers in the first half and the Pats probably win. now we just gotta get healthy for the playoffs and we’ll have as good a chance as anyone to win it.
^^Teeth, that kickoff was on Gostkowski, he could even put it in the endzone on that kick and one earlier that was fielded on the 10 yd line.
As an Eagles fan, I can only dream of having your problems. I don’t know how someone can throw for 443 yards and have a bad game, but Brady did that tonight. Luckily for you, those are few n far between for him. Can’t win em all but still doesn’t mean Pats aren’t winning the AFC.
maxypad, i blame brady for the first pick. he had Hernandez open on the short out but opted for welker downfield in double coverage. terrible decision.
chocolate pancake batter, there just in case he gets hungry
I agree it was a bad decision but welker slowed down on his route to try and sell a holding a call. if he had kept his speed he and rodgers wouldve been neck and neck for that ball most likely resulting in an incompletion. welker didn’t play to the whistle and brady had no way of knowing welker wasn’t going to continue that route at full speed
There was at least a dozen plays; turnovers, dropped passes, penlties that hurt the Pats plus the worst half of football in the Brady era and they still had a solid chance to win. Sucks to lose but I’m confident this team can make the SB again.
I can’t concede that losing this game was a good thing for the Patriots chances since they lost the bye. Denver is never an easy place to play. Tough loss, and stings worse coming all the way back just to blow it so quickly. I can’t think of a single bounce that went the Patriots way in that game. Considering the amount of times SF fumbled, only recovering 1 seems absurd.
As someone said above though, aside from the turnovers, special teams was definitely the scapegoat for that game. Not just the James return, but the string of holding penalties on returns that pinned them in their own zone, and then the fact they did nothing on any of the other returns. McCourty is so tentative on kickoff returns after fumbling a few games ago, and all Welker’s good for on punts is securing the catch. I thought the most underrated play of the game was the personal foul, defenseless receiver shot on Hernandez. SF’s D was in his head the rest of the game after that. The very next play he short armed that throw which led to the AS pick, and then dropped a couple of other easy catches later in the game when he heard footsteps.
I puked in my mouth a bit by seeing Love-machine’s moob
They lost because of that piece of shit Kyle Arrington. How he’s still on the team is beyond me.
Otwisted – i can agree with that too, he didn’t get much in the back of the endzone this game. I also am wondering how they didn’t take a look to see if he stepped out but that’s all bullshit now.
…
the bottom line: If the Patriots are going to win the Chip, they’re going to have to do what I think they did to some degree tonight, and that’s rise to the difficulty level of elite competition. We could win in Houston. We could win in Denver. We’ll probably have to do both before we win in the Superdome. No one walks away from this game saying “The Patriots have no balls.”
Pats are an 8-8 team in the NFC
^You’re a fucking idiot.
Kaep throws 4 TD passes against the Pats soft D and you idiots think they played well. All the throws were long balls not to mention Gore and LMJ were running through that line with ease. Pats are finesse and have been for a while they win because they’re in a shitty division in a shitty conference and beat shitty teams on the reg.
For every diehard pats fan there is two diehard haters. If you cannot see pats as an elite team in the league then you are ray Charles without the luxury of a black cock.
It would have been the best thing if we hadn’t been similarly out physicaled in our Super Bowl losses. When scheme fails in football it’s just as ugly as when it works. Running qb’s are the future.
pats broncos afc title game is going to be pretty nuts
some nice sideboob
In closing – I miss Julian.
For some reason somebody else brought to my attention tonight that they thought Ridley fumbled like 4 times tonight. Then I saw on hear that people want him cut. He fumbled one fucking time. It was his first bad game in about 2 months. Relax
this game kind of reminded me of the giants-pats regular season game back in 07 where the pats just barely beat the giants… that loss ultimately proved a blessing for ny in the long run.
@chief they’re 39-9 against the NFC since 2001
Yeah chief, and Philly would be 12-2 in the AFC this year
It’s 2012 and they’re 1-3.
Ay Chief – we’ll see what happens in 2013. For now go fuck yourself.
What was it 3 of Kap’a 4TD passes were 20 yards? While our SPec Teams certainly did us no favors, you can’t say our D played well. We have a strong front 7, great at lining up 3 and long and stopping the run, but our secondary looks like a group of lost children. They have their moments where they look like they get it..but then a balloon flies by and suddenly a HB is wide open in the end zone with the nearest Cb 10 yards behind him. Talib is strong and McCourty has his moments, but again it’s not making up for a serious lack of Secondary talent we have.
And Ridley fumbled twice tonight password. First one that very first series, and the second one after that direct shot to the ball from the helmet of the SF player, which realistically was a near perfect tackle so would’ve been hard for anyone to hold onto. Careen fumbled the other one
You’re a moron, pres. This loss reduces our chances of winning the SB by a ton. We had a bye week wrapped up and a chance for HFA. Now we’re going to need to play back to back games in Denver and in Houston after the WC round. If we had the #1 seed, we would’ve only needed to play one of those teams in foxboro in the AFC championship.
The pats definitely should’ve won this game. SF recovered 6 out of the 7 fumbles between the two teams despite the fact that data has shown that once a fumble occurs, each team has a completely random 50% chance of reoovering it.
Uconnchamp, it’s pretty tough to get garbage yards in a 7 point fucking win. With the possible exception of the last drive before the onside kick, the game was never out of reach (as clearly shown by the fact that the Patriots tied the fucking game).
Can’t wait for Jerry’s Monday column explaining how much of a genius Belichick is for intentionally losing the game.
shits spilling out over his girdle
@Crazytits, it’s impossible for a #2 & #3 seed to play each other in the AFCCG, if the Pats win they play Denver in the divisional round, Denver as it sits now gets a 1st round bye.
You know this site has officially made it when a blog about Kyle Love’s armpit fat receives 60 comments.
The patriots are frauds , they got exposed for what they are a soft team that beats up on inferior competition. They got punched in the mouth and curled up and cried in the corner, they’ll be one and done in the playoffs.
@tico I didn’t see any curling up and crying unless that’s the new slang for hanging 28 unanswered points
@tico24 how’d they curl up?? Sure they lost but the second half was one of the best comebacks I’ve seen in a long time.
oops wrong site…see ya
lets all just settle down is just one loss against a good 49ers team, theyre offense still looked good but with a slippery ball they had turnovers. The Pats are fine, The Broncos may not win out so they could still end up with a bye ..but for the one comment they would be 8-8 in the NFC, they afc east is pretty weak true but the Falcons are the best team in the NFC..Bronco, Texans and Pats look better than them, the Redskins are winning the NFC east..theyd be fighting the Jets for a playoff spot..the 49ers and the Packers are good,
The better teams in the NFC too good for Pats and that’s the truth.
Equipment? Fat? That’s a Hardees 6 dollar guacamole burger.
27-47, 374yds, td, int in 2nd half for brady…80%+ of brady’s yards came in the 2nd half when the niners changed their defense up to prevent and allowed gaping holes for pats to take advantage of. this is not uncommon. and when you throw 65x in a game you should have over 400yds. plus didn’t the niners lose justin smith entire 2nd half? didn’t they have other injuries as well that affected the defense? pats fans say they’re the best team in the country when they win but when they lose it’s “this is great because we needed a loss before the playoffs”. fair weather fans like no other. pats got punched in the mouth tonight and only came back because the niners allowed them too…not because brady forced his will upon them completing 57% of his passes in the 2nd half. and it could have been WAY worse if kaepernick hits vernon davis TWICE in stride for 14 additional points
fat dude side boob…
