I used to live next to wrigley and they pulled the same shit there. “Dont expand the park bc/ that means more people”. “Dont have concerts b/c they make noise”. what a clown, your x-mas party has hundreds of people and can you pay those cops their hourly rate? fucking clown shoes.

I remember one day me and some friends were trying to go to Sunset Grill and EVERY METER SPOT within a mile any direction was bagged. Never found out what is what or why they did, assumed a parade or something sinnce it was Saturday. That pissed me off. this, no that wouldn’t of pissed me off.
