Kobe Must Not Have Really Wanted To Win Tonight
Kobe must not have felt like winning tonight huh? Because every time I listen to the media all they talk about how the Lakers are going to win because Kobe wants it so bad. How he’s smoldering to win a title and can’t be stopped because of how hungry he is. So I guess when he misses like 38 free throws and turns the ball over in key situations and misses big shot after big shot down the stretch that just means he didn’t feel like winning tonight. That’s the only explanation. Very unprofessional from the “best closer” in the game.
PS – This series is on.
I’d love to see Orlando win this. Fuck L.A.

At best Orlando is the 6th best team. Cleveland, Boston, LA, Denver, San Antonio are all clearly better. If Boston even had Powe healthy they would have won, never mind Garnett. Personally I also think Portland and Houston are better than Orlando too, which makes them the 8th best team.
But I’m not here to bash Orlando, I’m just pointing out that if the Lakers lose to what is clearly a mediocre team it will be the biggest choke in Finals history. Name a bigger one.
To the D-Bag that can’t get the concept, Jordan titles without Pippen is not the same as Kobe titles without Shaq. Shaq was Finals MVP in all 3 series, he was clearly better than Kobe at that point. Are you seggesting Pippen was better than Jordan? Or are you just finctionally illiterate?
They just damn near swept Cleveland, so I can’t see how anyone could say that Cleveland is better. They also blew boston out in a 7th game at the Garden. San Antonio couldn’t even beat Dallas, so to rank them ahead of Orlando is crazy talk. Didn’t the Spurs lose in the first round? And I’d like to hear your reasoning on how Denver is clearly better.
As far as Kobe and Shaq, I realize you people don’t like Kobe, but how was Shaq clearly better? During the three championship years, Kobe averaged 25-30 points and made first team all-defensive team each year. And one thing you people forget is that Kobe had to make most of the big shots in the 4th quarter since Shaq rarely touched ball in crunch time because of his horrific foul shooting.
And I’m still not understanding how you can call Orlando a mediocre team. As a matter of fact, if you go position by position, I would call it pretty even. Center, Howard over Bynum, Forwards, Gasol over Lewis, barely. Hedo over Ariza, Guards- Kobe over Lee and I would say Fisher and Alston are about even
