Mike Lowell Is Blackmailing Letterman?
Boston Herald – The TV news producer accused of blackmailing David Letterman has asked a New York City judge to dismiss the extortion case against him. A lawyer for Robert J. “Joe” Halderman says the TV producer was only trying to sell a screenplay when he contacted Letterman.
Leave Mike Lowell alone. I mean what a guy can’t sell a screenplay about his Cuban heritage, battle with testicular cancer and winning the World Series with the Sox? I’d watch that movie.

if the people who comment a ton could learn to stay on subject and not have a personal conversation with the 5 other people who comment a ton, it could be a lot better. been reading the stool for a few years now and have always read the comments, but it’s very noticeable when it’s the same people saying dumb shit over and over and getting into e-wars with each other.
it took me a minute to figure this blog out. i didn’t realize it wasn’t actually mike lowell until about the 3rd time i read it. the resemblance is scary, but i think lowell has more gray hair.
