GA – A Georgia mother said she went to a Radioshack store to pick up a new phone for her 13-year-old daughter, only to find out that the device contained graphic pornography. According to Thompson, in June of 2011, the mother and daughter went to a Radioshack in Lithonia to buy two HTC Evo 4G phones. The store did not have them in stock, so they went to the Radioshack in Stonecrest Mall instead. There, Jones picked up the two devices, believing them to be brand new, but as it became apparent later, the devices were refurbished. According to the lawsuit, when Morgan Jones went to set up her HTC phone, she discovered extremely lewd photos which included both adult and child pornography.

Boy, these phone companies will do anything to compete with the iPhone, huh? Smear campaigns, discounts, deals, pre-loading them up with a bunch of porn before you buy them. Not gonna lie, that might be the one thing that would make me consider switching to an HTC phone. If they included a shitload of premium porno as part of the two-year contract then I might actually think about it. Like if I’m gonna be the odd man out playing around on my Evo while all the regular people iMessage and shit, at least give me a Brazzers password so I have something to hold over their heads. I think I’d be all set with the child porn though. Kids are just annoying.

PS – If you’re a child and you see child porn, isn’t that like regular porn to you? You’re watching people the same age as you, so it’s basically normal right?
