Wicked Local - A Needham man racked up a long list of charges — from driving under the influence to gross lewdness — after leading police on an alleged low-speed chase and urinating in the middle of a Winchester intersection.”One witness told police that she watched Campbell “exit his car and pull down his pants in the middle of the roadway.”“She stated that Mr. Campbell fully exposed his penis and began urinating on the roadway,” police wrote. “[She] stated that Mr. Campbell did not hide himself at all and urinated for at least one to two minutes Police said they spotted Campbell’s vehicle on South Border Road, after it traveled “all the way down to the water treatment plant.” His car was “facing sideways on the left side of the road; the front end of the vehicle was off the road and in a bush and the rear wheels were spinning on the roadway. “I ordered Campbell to turn around and get on the ground and he replied, ‘Why? I didn’t do anything wrong,’” police wrote in the report. After some resistance, police said they were able to secure Campbell in the back of one of the cruisers. In their report, police on the scene noted the smell of alcohol emanating from the suspect. “We began the transport and it should be noted that within the first 30 seconds in the cruiser, Mr. Campbell fell asleep,” police wrote. “Campbell was transported to [the Winchester Police Department]. Upon arrival in the sally port, I woke Campbell up from his nap and he immediately began to swear and said we should just [expletive deleted] leave him alone.” While he was booked and interviewed, police said that Campbell would offer only a single answer to every question: “[Expletive deleted] you, your momma.” Police said Campbell, at one point, tried to head butt an officer, and was forcefully restrained, striking his forehead on the floor.

You know I wanted to give this guy the benefit of the doubt. I really did.  I mean how many times have we seen cops antagonize people like in the itchy nuts video?   So this guy supposedly does a hit and run and I’m like okay maybe he didn’t realize he side swiped those people.  But then oops we get a report of him pissing in the middle of the intersection. Okay okay maybe he thought he was in a rest room?  But then oops he’s stuck in a bush. Okay okay maybe that bush jumped out at him.  But then oops he just fell asleep in the cop car. Okay okay maybe he just worked the late shift and is exhausted. But then oops he keeps answering every question with “Fuck you and your momma”. Okay okay maybe he’s just got a potty mouth. But then oops he just tried to head butt a police officer. I mean at some point I guess you just got face facts and admit that maybe this guy deserved to get arrested? Oh screw that. I still think he got a bad rap.
