First time I watched this I 100% on the lady’s side. It seemed like the cop just lost his shit over nothing. So when I heard she was in jail for 7 months because of this I was ready to go all Ruben Hurricane Carter on people. But then I watched it again and it’s clear as day. She spit on him. Yeah you can’t see it because her back is turned to the camera, but you can totally tell by her body contortions and the instant reaction of the cop. So her family can spare me the sob story. You spit on a cop and prepare to get your ass kicked and thrown in jail. This isn’t major league baseball where you can bump chests and get away with this type of behavior. It’s Hooters.
