Pedro Says He’s Pitching For Boston Tonight

Fucking right Pedro! Read between the lines here people. Pedro still considers himself part of the Red Sox. So a Pedro victory tonight basically counts as a Boston victory tonight. He knows it. The Yankees know it. Everybody knows it. So if I were a Yankees fan I’d be pissing myself right now. Because if we manage to win Game 6 then all bets are off for Game 7. I’m telling you we may have another epic NY collapse on our hands courtesy of your Boston Red Sox.

Petey’s right. I’m gonna spend the afternoon creating a Pedro player in SNK’s Baseball Stars and starting him against the SNK Crushers.
The last time Pedro didn’t lose to the Yankees in the playoffs was 1999. So when Pedro loses, which he will, does that count as another Boston loss to pile onto the shit heap that is the Red Sox 2009 season? Probably not. My guess is tears, followed by excuses, followed by silence.
I understand haten the Yanks, but I wouldn’t go hitchen myself to Pedro’s wagon. Talk about backing the wrong horse. If the guy wasn’t well past his prime he might still be in Boston. If he makes it to the 5th the only thing he’ll be good for after that is BP.
I love how they even photoshoped him on the proper colored baby! Two pickups the sox need in the off season 1) Pedro – so he can pitch August through November and 2) Bronson. Get that done Theo.
