Bostonherald - In a statement he released yesterday, Woods accepted blame for the crash, telling fans, “I’m human and I’m not perfect,” but not elaborating on what he meant. He has been romantically linked in recent tabloid reports to stunning Manhattan socialite Rachel Uchitel, 34, an events planner who got her foot in the door of fame when her fiance was killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on New York’s World Trade Center.

Rachel Uchitel got her foot in the door of fame when her fiance was killed in 9/11? Well that was a lucky break huh? I mean if those pesky terrorists never crashed into the Trade Center than god knows where this lady would be right now? . She’s probably just be some nobody married to some alive guy we’d never heard of. Certainly not jet setting around the globe getting fucked by Tiger Woods. But give her credit. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. She was waiting for a tragedy to strike and knew what to do with it when it finally did.

Seriously was that sentence supposed to read that way? Like making it sound like she caught a break with 9/11? I thought it was going to say “she got her foot in the door of fame when she dated the guy from Bones” not when her husband got killed in the Trade Center attacks. Yikes.
