El Pres,

My kids and I are devoted stoolies. Since it’s a slow time of year, I thought you’d like to see the awesome picture of a 150 pound tarpon my 21 year-old-daughter, Alex Lovett-Woodsum caught on a fly rod in Florida in May. It would have beaten the existing women’s world record by 30 pounds, but my daughter refused to kill this magnificent fish. Proof once again that the greatest sportsmen and women are in Boston. That evening she proudly wore her Cue the Duckboats shirt, a Christmas present I gave all my kids.

I love it. My only regret is that this girl didn’t have the “Cue The Duckboats” shirt on when she held the mighty beast. But still this is just a great example of how we roll around here. It doesn’t matter if it’s football, basketball, baseball, Cheez It eating, Cup stacking, paper rock scissors, jeopardy or anything else, we dominate. I mean how long have people been catching fish for? Like forever? Yet that doesn’t stop a chick Stoolie from taking a quick trip down to Florida and promptly catching the biggest fucking Tarpon in the history of the sea. Hey ocean….tell me how my ass tastes. And the best part is that she didn’t even bother to record it. Ain’t no thang when you come from a place where breaking records is common place.
