Seattle Cop Punches Chick In the Face
Seattleblogs – It all started when a cop stopped a man for jaywalking. Things escalated quickly from there as voices were raised and a crowd gathered. When two young women intervened an onlooker pulled out his camera phone and started to roll tape. The altercation took place yesterday on Martin Luther King Junior Way South. The tape begins as the officer appears to be trying to arrest one of the girls for jaywalking. Both girls, ages 19 and 17, were eventually cuffed and booked on suspicion of obstructing an officer. The one who was punched was checked out by medics and deemed to be OK. King 5 says Seattle police have decided not to review tape of this latest arrest, but we’ll see what happens later once this thing circulates.
It’s impossible for anybody to pass judgment here. Impossible. You got to see how this shit started first. Because I’m one of those guys that thinks cops should be allowed to pretty much do anything including punching chicks in the face when somebody resists arrest. And clearly these chicks were resisting arrest. I mean what was this cop supposed to do? Just let himself get dominated? These were some tough bitches so he had to get physical. I got no problem with that. The question is what provoked it? That’s what you got to see. Although I will say I’m confused by the Seattle Police departments stance on not reviewing the tape. Huh? What does that mean? One of your cops just cold cocked a girl in the face. Maybe she deserved it maybe she didn’t, but I’m pretty sure you should at least look at the fucking tape.

Previous arrests
Rosenthal was charged in November with second-degree robbery. According to prosecutors, she punched a 15-year-old boy in the face while she and a group of youths were on their way to a rave in South Seattle last Aug. 28. The boy told police that his cellphone and $20 were stolen in the incident. A 14-year-old boy told police that he was punched in the head and his hat was stolen.
Authorities say the case was dismissed when the boys refused to testify.
In April 2008, Rosenthal was charged with third-degree theft after she allegedly stole a minivan in Tukwila, prosecutors said. Kent police said she used a screwdriver to break the ignition and start the vehicle.
The charge was later amended to theft of a motor vehicle. Rosenthal was given a deferred disposition — charges would be dropped if she stayed out of trouble — because it was a first-time offense, said Ian Goodhew, deputy chief of staff for Prosecuting Attorney Dan Satterberg.
Levias was charged in February 2009 with third-degree assault after she allegedly pushed a King County sheriff’s deputy down.
According to charging documents, on Feb. 3, 2009, deputies were called to the Ruth Dykeman Children’s Center, a Burien center for troubled girls, in response to a report that Levias was being abusive toward staff. When Levias was confronted by Deputy Amy Zarelli, she pushed the female deputy, causing her to fall, charging papers said.
Levias was given a deferred disposition because it was a first-time offense, Goodhew said.

Simple rule. Do not ever fight a Cop. Never. How hard is that? If you don’t agree with his shit, take it to court, or to his Superiors. Apparently in the Pacific Northwest they’re serious about this jaywalk crap. I got a ticket last year in Portland Oregon for jaywalking. All I did was hustle across the street, in the crosswalk, against the light, but before any cars got anywhere near me. Freakin’ ticket cost me $150!!
Not only that, it wasn’t even a beat cop that stopped me. The guy came speeding up to me in a cruiser, with the lights flashing and the siren blaring. Then he took an attitude with me, and I didn’t even give him an argument or any shit. He told me that I was lucky he was only giving me a ticket, because they usually lock up jaywalkers on disorderly conduct charges. I had to bite my lip to avoid spending the weekend in the slam. Cops on the west coast take NO shit from anyone.
Do a google on jaywalking in Portland. It turns out that they’re balancing the city and county budgets by writing jaywalking tickets by the hundreds.
Jaywalking doesn’t truly explain it. I work dowtown, and you will see them just stroll across the street when there is traffic coming, making the oncoming traffic stop to wait on them. I watched a 14 year old boy on his bike continue across the street, come within a foot of being run over, and then, when the driver of the car slowed down after almost hitting him, the boy on the bike told him “Go, you dick”. Sorry, but sometimes black folks think they own everything.

By definition, assault can be as minimal as the THREAT to commit violence, so Pink Shirt clearly “assaulted an officer” and perhaps even technically committed battery as well as she seems to have shoved him. As you can see from the video…..the brothers know what the deal is, and you didn’t see any of them rushing to the rescue of the hoes in distress.
