The Cavs Are Who We Thought They Were
(Brilliant tactician after all?)
After that American Idol debacle last night, I don’t know how many people had the stomach to stay up and watch Orlando vs. Cleveland, but I somehow mustered up the courage to do so. And I’m glad I did because it was a great game. Each team made big shot after big shot down the stretch. The game proved two things to me. Orlando is better than i gave them credit for and Cleveland is exactly who we thought they were. So this leads me to my next question. Do I want the Magic to win this series and go on to win the NBA title? This is a tough one for me because on the one hand I despise both Cleveland and LA. I hate all this Kobe vs. Lebron bullshit that has been going on for the past two months. Hey newsflash. Kobe has never won a championship without Shaq and LeBron has never won a game in the Finals. So you can take all this marketing bullshit and shove it up your ass. If you want to crown their ass, then crown them but I prefer guys who do their talking on the court. And on the flip side I don’t hate Orlando at all. But if the Magic do go on to win the championship there is going to be a part of me that starts anguishing over losing to them in 7 games. I could accept it when I didn’t think they were that good because I just assumed they’d lose to the Cavs and if we couldn’t beat the Magic then we would have gotten mutilated by Cleveland. But that all changes if it turns out the Magic are the best team in the league. So as you can see I’m kind of torn. I guess best case scenario is the Nuggets beat Orlando in Finals. Then it’s a win, win for everybody. Am I the only one that feels this way?

Orlando will now lose. This paragraph confirms it.
Ehh, although i do hate douche bags speculating for months on end, playoff basketball without the C’s turns it back to regular season basketball….would you look at that, the basketball season started.
Go Nuggets, don’t jinx em.
haha one loss and everyone jumps on the I knew this would happen bandwagon… Magic shot 55% against one of the best def. in the game, won’t happen again Cav’s in 6. Stick with the American idol shit….
Orlando is a much better team than most people give them credit for. Especially after coming back from 16 down, at Cleveland, to win last night. Very impressive effort. On the flip side, must be pretty demoralizing for the Cavs to virtually have the game locked up, only to let it slip away. This is where we see what LeBron is made of (and I don’t mean how many points he can score in game 2). Will he do what it takes to get his team prepared, and resist the tempation to feel sorry for themselves? Or will he allow the disappointment of game 1 to linger? If he wants to mentioned in the same sentence as Jordan, he better come up big in game 2.
“anguishing”? Good God, if I wanted anguish I’d read Fall Out Boy’s blog. Man up, enjoy the game and hammer the under 188 for tomorrow night, defense will be on the agenda.
Wait, forgot something….
dick joke, fag, homo, lambert, fag, queer, celtics, pats, fag, american idol
There, now I fit in better with you all.
wow is all I can say over last nights upset. Lebron is no Kobe and can’t win it for his team. http://www.CTSportsPicks.com
Orlando is definitely a much better team than people think they are. And they match up vs. Cleveland much better than the Celtics would without KG. I was rooting for the Celts last series not just because I wanted to see Lebron play live in the Garden, but because I knew we’d have an easier time beating the Celts without KG than Orlando with Howard. The worst thing about losing Game 1 for the Cavs was what The Mayor said – it’s demoralizing for the Cavs to have blown such a big lead and it gives Orlando renewed hope that they can actually win this series. When you double team Lebron and your role players like Mo Williams and Delonte West shoot a paltry 9 for 26 or something like that, you won’t win games even if Lebron scores 49. Hopefully they use it as motivation and come out swinging in Game 2, then finish the Magic off at home in Game 5.
Mayor, you forgot ugly patriots shoes
I like turtles
Is the cover model tucking?

The NBA wants Kobe vs Lebron in the finals and if Stern has to tell the officals to make a few calls go LA/Cle way to make that happen then so be.
They don’t want the Nuggets because they are to “thuggish” and Orlando is just boring.
Cavs in 6 is still a good bet.

We need more stories on the WWE here. . .
NBA…yawn…..
Welcome Mayor– it was the second “fag” that convinced me.
And the Celtics were bottom dwellers for years until they got KG! Kobe has done a ton (except win a Championship) without Shaq. Shit even D-Wade needed Shaq…look at the Heat for the last few years.
I think Orlando may match up better against the Cavs than they did against the Celtics. It’s all about the matchups.
That being said, I still think the Cavs win the series.
NEWSFLASH….kobe has 3 championships……i dont give a fuck who he needed to win them. He has 3, and your pathetic team has one in the last 20 years.
PUT YOU IN YOUR PLACE…..boston sucks
Get a life faggot.
