It just doesn’t get any easier than this.  It redefines the term taking candy from a baby.  ND not only covers tonight they beat Alabama straight up. All when all the so called experts will be calling it one of the greatest upsets of all time Stoolies will just be like Pres nailed it again. Listen ND is getting no respect.  What more do they have to do? They beat OU on the road. They beat Stanford. They beat Michigan. They crushed MSU.  Every big game they came to play.  The SEC is over rated this year. Alabama is over rated.  They easily could have 3 losses. They barely escaped both Georgia and LSU.  This is not the same team as the past couple seasons. This team is vulnerable and ND is built to go toe to toe with them. I hate the Irish but I don’t hate money. Put the house on it and buy yourself a free tshirt or Blackout ticket to say thank you.

Smart money has to be ND regardless of outcome. These ND Seniors have only lost by 10+ points to 3 teams and they beat all 3 of those teams THIS year (Stanford, USC, Navy). ND is only giving up 10.3 points a game, and every SOS indicator had ND having the TOUGHEST schedule coming into the year. Now some of those tough teams faltered, but that does not mean their talent wasnt still very high.
On the flipside Alabama essentially gives up the same number of points (10.7), but score 11 more points a game than the Irish (38 – 27). However with both these defenses proving to be so strong, this game is begging to go 1 score unless a team puts it away late.

I can see how Notre Dame losing by double digits to Navy in 2010 then beating them this year is relevant to them playing Bama because Navy and Alabama are pretty close in stature. Well that worked out well. You can’t use bowl teams as a criteria since there’s about 25 bowl games to many. The only fucking team that didn’t make a bowl this year was BC. I hope you got ND getting 28 1/2
