The San Diego Bay Fireworks Would Have Been The Best Fireworks Show I’ve Ever Seen
(YouTube) -- The Big Bay Boom Firework Show in San Diego for 2012 was a “Big Bay Bust”. There was a technical problem and ALL of the fireworks went off within 30 seconds. The original Big Bay Boom was set to last about 15 minutes. Here is a 30 second video I recorded of The Big Bay Boom 2012.
All the fireworks go off within 30 seconds? Fucking perfect. I swear the show in Newport last night was like an hour and a half. Way too long. Anybody who watches a fireworks show and within the first 5 minutes doesn’t say “eh, I’m kinda over this” is a flat out liar. That’s it. 30 minutes is way too long to sit up and stare at the sky. I’ll take one huge explosion that looks like a nuke was just dropped over hundred of little explosions every 4th of July from here on out.

At least Boston didn’t screw that up. Channel surfing last night the fireworks from Boston killed that crap from NYC.

I was on a dinner cruise boat about 100 ft from the furthest barge in the video. Not only did they blow their whole load but they premature ejacked by about 5 minutes. We had WWII vets onboard hittin the decks with flashbacks and heart attacks
Funny this is all over the news today…I saw this shit, it was fucking awesome and the videos and pictures don’t do it justice! It was loud as shit and way more colorful that what it looks like in the vids. Best 15sec fireworks show I’ve ever seen. Plus it’s not like that was it for the night. Just 3 of the 4 barges for the fireworks on the bay went off because of some electrical problem with the ignition system. Sea World still put on a pretty good display and so did OB.
