Things Could Be Worse….Wade Phillips Could Be Our Coach

 

Yeah yeah it sucks that the Pats lost yesterday.  But watching Wade Phillips pull this JV move from the sidelines trying to distract Lawrence Tynes on the Giants game winning field goal puts things in perspective pretty quickly.   I mean he could be our coach.   Seriously how do Cowboy fans even look themselves in the mirror with this guy at the helm.      Bottom line is that it’s never a good sign when your head coach is reduced to yelling “Noonan” from the sidelines on game winning field goals.   I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that Wade Phillips would pull a stunt like this though.  After all this is the same guy who benched Dough Flutie for Doug Johnson in the playoffs which is still the worst decision in the history of football.   And the really sad thing is that Wade Phillips still looks like Lombardi compared to Dave Campo.  And the Cowboys wonder why they haven’t won a big game since Jimmy Johnson left.
