After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I’m ready to start my season at Augusta,” Woods said in a statement.”The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it’s been a while since I last played.” Billy Payne, chairman of Augusta National and the tournament, said: “We support Tiger’s decision to return to competitive golf beginning at this year’s Masters Tournament. Additionally, we support and encourage his stated commitment to continue the significant work required to rebuild his personal and professional life.” “We were pleased to learn that Tiger Woods will be playing the Masters in a few weeks,” PGA Tour commissioner Tim Finchem said in a statement. “He has invested a lot of time taking steps, both in his personal and professional life, in order to prepare for his return. We all wish him and his family the best as he rejoins the Tour.” “We look forward to Tiger’s return to the Masters and seeing him back on the course,” said Nike, Woods’ longtime sponsor, in a statement.

I got to give Tiger Woods credit. This dude just doesn’t give a fuck. I mean coming back for the Masters? That’s cold blooded. Like if you were really trying to convince people that you gave a shit about your wife or saving your marriage wouldn’t you at least skip one major? I mean golf people can talk until they are blue in the face about how he is a changed man and how he has learned his lesson, blah, blah, blah, but it’s all bullshit. The Masters could have been 2 weeks after Elin mashed his face in with a golf club and he wouldn’t have missed it. Hell I think his kid could be drowning and he’d rather let him drown than miss his tee time at Augusta.. The bottom-line is that the only thing Tiger Woods cares about is sticking his dick in white girls and winning majors. That’s it. He’s never going to change and to be honest I don’t have a problem with it. I just think it’s funny when people talk about how they support him as he gets his life together. Give me a break.
