Today’s Waste of Taxpayers Dollars…Federal Judge Orders Sex Change Operation For MA Inmate Serving Life Sentance For Murder On Taxpayers Dime….Wait What?
BOSTON (AP) – A federal judge has ordered the Massachusetts Department of Correction to provide a taxpayer-funded sex-change operation for a transgender inmate serving life in prison for murder. U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf ruled Tuesday in the case of Michelle Kosilek, who was born as a man but has received hormone treatments and lives as a woman in an all-male prison. Robert Kosilek was convicted in 1990 of murdering his wife. The judge said it is up to prison officials to decide how and where to house Kosilek after the surgery.
Can we have real talk for a minute? What planet am I on? That’s not a rhetorical question either. We obviously have left earth. I mean there is no way in real life that a judge would order tax payer dollars to pay for a sex change operation for an inmate serving a life sentence for murder. Like you want a sex change buddy? How about not killing your wife and then you can grow as many tits as you want. But once you kill somebody you kind of lose all your rights and freedoms. That’s just how it works. You can’t just say you want a vagina and expect taxpayers to foot the bill for it. Again as a reminder you’re in jail for murder. So again I ask what planet am I on? Mars? Zuton? Because there is no way this can happen in real life.

I’m not so sure this is a case of the prisoner demanding the right for a sex change. Sounds like something weird were the state does not want to have to keep paying the inmates hormonal treatment needed to stay a women hence forcing Her/Him to convert back to a male? Fucking Mars indeed.
I think this has to more to due with prisoner safety,which is an oxymoron, this dude lives as a chick in an all male prison. it must be getting raped left and right, therefore safety issue.
