Jezebel’s Shitty Backup Blog – Kiki Wolfkill, the Executive Producer of Halo 4 and haver of the most glorious name I’ve ever heard, has teamed up with Bonnie Ross, the head of Microsoft’s 343 Industries, to make video games more fun and accessible to women. You see, these two very powerful ladies are fed-up with the rampant sexism in the gaming world. So, because they’re total bosses, they’ve issued a zero tolerance policy for Xbox Live, meaning any sexist or discriminatory comments will earn you a lifetime ban from the network. Here’s hoping that more video game companies join forces and start taking this shit seriously. Until they do, female gamers will either have to pretend to be dudes or continue to endure the, “Fat, ugly, or slutty.” It’s funny because even if the girl was all three, those little sad gamer dudes still wouldn’t have the courage to talk to her in real life.

Hey, remember when all of a sudden women who run influential businesses started telling men what words they could and couldn’t say in the privacy of their own home? Seems logical. I mean who even believes in Freedom of Speech anymore these days? Shits old news. Today it’s all about making sure anonymous chick gamers don’t have their feelings hurt when a guy halfway across the world uses the word “slut” while playing Halo. Can’t have anyone getting offended or hearing naughty words while they simulate murdering people in a video game.

Seriously thank god for people like Kiki Wolfkill and Bonnie Ross. Could you imagine if there weren’t brave chicks like them telling us what words are OK for us to say? It would be chaos and the discrimination of women in the video game world would continue. So make sure you get all the words like “fat, ugly, and slutty” out of your system while you still can, or else it’ll be a lifetime ban for you.
